Description:
The Materials Handler is primarily responsible for moving and storing Drilling Motor parts within warehouse and shop floor. Main duties include loading, unloading, packing and put-away parts making sure inbound or outbound deliveries properly match physical stock. Shift will be from 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times (uniform, steel-toed boots).

Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.

Perform daily updates and basic transactions in the Oasis System, such as stock adjustments and delivery tickets.

Participate in cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits.

Prepare shipments, banding and labeling parts correctly

Pulling parts requests for assemblies from inventory
Reworks
-
Organize and sort parts by vendor and rework type, collaborate with Coordinator to determine vendor assignments.

Submit rework forms to Purchasers (Document serial numbers and job numbers for rework).

Update Oasis and stage parts for shipment.
Shipping & Receiving

Receive incoming shipments; verify against BOLs and packing slips.

Input serial numbers into system

Upload certificates and supporting documentation.

Store items in proper bin locations.

Inventory Control

Parts cycle counting (quantities and serial numbers)

Submission of reports for accuracy analysis
Requirements:
Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.

Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook e-mails)

Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs safely.

Forklift certification required.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with industrial equipment

Experience with oilfield / drilling equipment is preferred.
