Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from different departments, prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure continuous operations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
- Assist with construction or renovation projects as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
- Lead or support team members during complex repairs or installations, fostering a collaborative approach to maintenance challenges.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform equipment repair efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building maintenance projects is a plus.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
