What You'll Do
As part of our teaching team, you'll:
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children feel loved and supported.
- Guide children through hands-on learning experiences, creative play, and outdoor adventures.
- Encourage curiosity, imagination, confidence, and independence.
- Help infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children reach important developmental milestones.
- Read stories, sing songs, create art, explore nature, and celebrate everyday discoveries.
- Build positive relationships with families and coworkers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
- Follow state licensing regulations and child safety standards.

Qualifications
We happily welcome applicants with or without experience!
Preferred—but not required:
- CDA (Child Development Associate)
- Early Childhood Education coursework
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Previous child care, preschool, nanny, babysitting, camp, or teaching experience
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain required Pennsylvania clearances
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain after hire)
