We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional food service. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.
- Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining quality.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with catering teams to plan menus that meet client needs and preferences.
- Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served.
- Maintain a positive work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration among team members.
Experience
- Proven experience in food service management within the food industry is required.
- Strong background in culinary arts with hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Demonstrated ability in team management, with a focus on training development and staff motivation.
- Experience with budgeting and inventory control to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with catering services and food production techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team and interact with clients.
