Role Summary:
Under the guidance of the Director of Home Care and the Staffing and Client Service Managers, Home Care Aides play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to older adults and adults with disabilities. You’ll support clients in a variety of settings—including private homes, hospitals, day centers, skilled nursing facilities, and community residences—helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily lives.
What You’ll Do
Help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Duties may include:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal prep & medication reminders
- Light housekeeping & laundry
- Transportation, errands & shopping
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Companionship & respite care
- Dementia, Parkinson’s & hospice support

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 35+ lbs with proper body mechanics
- Ability to bend, walk, reach, push/pull, and assist with transfers
Additional Requirements
Applicants must successfully complete Livescan/background clearance, provide current TB clearance, have authorization to work in the U.S., a smartphone that meets the minimum technical requirements to run required company applications, and maintain reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
Compensation:
Range: $19 - $21.00/hour
