Flux Leakage Test L1 Inspector
Performs Magnetic Flux Leakage Test on pipes, identifying and marking defects when found, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.
Ensures instruments are in good condition checking their expiration date and correct functioning.
Executes change over and set up of the machine.
Verifies Standard Pipe.
Executes static and if applicable dynamic verification.
Performs Magnetic Flux Leakage Test on pipes.
Carries out or controls defect identification and marking.
Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance.
Updates information in the tracking systems and records the obtained results.
Minimum Qualification for the Job
- Health, Safety and Environment.
- Quality System.
- Operation On The Job Training.
- Product Inspection when applicable
- Must be certified
This position will require a rotational shift including days/nights/weekends
