Position Overview:
Maug Cleaning, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team at a client facility in Eleva, WI. This position is located in an educational setting and involves working closely with others to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
This is a year-round role, but the location transitions to Eau Claire, WI during the summer months when the Eleva facility is not in use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and other shared spaces
- Follow daily task lists and cleaning protocols
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet shift goals
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates
- Maintain professional standards of cleanliness and safety
- Use proper cleaning equipment and chemicals as trained
- Stay on schedule and manage time efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work consistently on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
