Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support menu planning by preparing ingredients for upcoming service periods
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times

- Qualifications
- Hands-on kitchen experience in country clubs, restaurants or the food industry, including cooking and food handling skills
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude towards serving others
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks such as catering or serving when needed
