We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to support telecom construction operations. This role is responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and crews to job sites. Combo endorsement required. If you do not currently have must be willing to get.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CDL-required vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
- Transport equipment, materials, and tools to and from job sites
- Loading and unloading materials
- Assist with traffic control setup including cones, barricades, and signage
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs, inspection reports, and delivery documentation
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Work overtime and travel as needed
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record.
- Must have prior experience hauling a trailer and/or operating a flatbed
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Previous construction, utility, or telecom experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing
- Ability to work long hours and travel to various job sites
- Ability to safely navigate active construction environments
