Kitch Attorneys & Counselors is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team, working directly on a fast-paced litigation docket.
This is a hands-on role designed for attorneys who want to accelerate or continue their development as litigators - not sit on the sidelines.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a litigation docket involving auto no-fault (PIP), bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM) claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, case evaluations, and facilitations
- Communicate directly with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Develop case strategy in collaboration with team leads

What We’re Looking For
- Considering all levels of experience (no-fault experience is a plus, but not required)
- Licensed to practice in Michigan
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Proactive, organized, and responsive
- Interest in developing into a confident, independent litigator (or improving upon your achievements)
