Overview
As an RV Sales & Finance Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the full RV‑buying journey—from first walk‑in to final signatures. This role blends relationship‑driven sales with hands‑on finance support, ensuring every customer finds the right RV and the right payment solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement — Greet prospects, assess needs, and deliver a consultative sales experience.
- RV Product Expertise — Present features, floorplans, and benefits across multiple RV classes.
- Sales Process Management — Conduct test drives, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Finance & Insurance Support — Explain financing options, protection plans, warranties, and insurance products.
- Documentation Accuracy — Prepare contracts, verify compliance, and ensure all paperwork is complete.
- CRM Utilization — Maintain accurate customer records, follow‑ups, and pipeline updates.
- Post‑Sale Relationship Building — Support customers after delivery and encourage referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales with a strong track record of closing high-end deals.
- Exceptional negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities—bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with CRM software systems and inventory management tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively.
- Experience in dealership environments or automobile sales is highly desirable; knowledge of inventory control and retail math is a plus.
- Outstanding phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential for success in this role.
- Demonstrated ability in outbound sales activities such as cold calling and marketing outreach; experience supporting sales teams is advantageous.
