We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and professional Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and the leadership skills necessary to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy salon.
We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, personable, and able to lead by example. Our Salon Manager will play an important role in creating a positive environment for both our clients and our salon professionals.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have - Leadership Sales Customer Service
- Several years of salon management experience
- Proven sales experience and the ability to help drive salon growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills with ability to learn, utilize management systems
- The ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work independently, make decisions, and take initiative
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to create a successful salon environment
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon
- Leading, supporting, and communicating with salon professionals
- Providing exceptional customer service and helping resolve client concerns
- Managing daily operations and ensuring the salon runs efficiently
- Supporting sales and helping identify opportunities for growth
- Addressing issues and difficult situations in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and welcoming salon environment
- Handling administrative and computer-related responsibilities
- Helping ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed
