American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring active MO or compact licensure and a minimum of 2 years of ED experience.

Emergency Department (ED) setting at a community hospital

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
-
13-week contract
-
Allscripts/Sunrise EMR experience is preferred but not required

Active RN license in Missouri (MO) or a Compact license currently in hand

Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS

Minimum 2 years of ED RN experience required

Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Orientation is typically held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month and is approximately 3–4 days long
-
A facility-administered drug and alcohol screening (7-panel) is required at orientation before beginning patient care

This is a smoke-free facility

Any RTO or scheduling requests must be submitted prior to or at the time of consideration, as requests made after will not be approved
