We’re expanding our sales team and looking for high-impact Manufacturer Sales Representatives to represent our brand and drive growth within the food service. This is more than a sales position. You will be a strategic partner to foodservice distributors and their sales teams, building relationships, developing new business, leading product training, and expanding market share

Minnesota Area
Total potential Compensation $90,000 – $120,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with an established book of existing customers
- Identify, prospect, and close new accounts within your territory
- Conduct in-person visits
- Present product lines, pricing, and promotions to prospective and current customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG distribution
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory and schedule
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Available to travel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
