Boss Frog’s Dive and Surf and Hawaiian Style Activites are seeking highly-motivated sales people for Maui locations. We have eight locations on west and Kihei areas of Maui renting everything you can think of for the beach, booking island activities, and selling retail items
We are currently seeking sales agents for various shifts, generally between the hours of 7:45am - 5:00pm. Generally seeking westside avaiability. Days and hours may be flexible. Later shifts may be available.
Compensation: Hourly plus commission. Hourly and expected commission vary depending on the specific position.
Paid vacation/PTO and health care benefits depending on number of hours worked. 401k after 90 days. Other perks.
Essential Job Functions:
Computer sales applications
Rent beach equipment (snorkel gear, surf boards, chairs, cameras, etc.); sell retails items
Sell/book tourist activities
Maintain shop in clean and orderly manner
Strong candidates possess the following attributes:
Thorough knowledge of Maui, with ability to explain activities, restaurants and destinations
Prefer 6 months experience selling or booking tours/activities, or in retail and/or timeshare industry
Prefer 6 months living on island
Strong ability to sell, rent and book activities; fit customers with gear
Ability to operate in a fast paced retail environment and multi-task
Strong, professional verbal, interpersonal, and guest relations skills in the shop, via e-mail, and by phone
High school Diploma or equivalent
Computer proficiency with the ability to learn
Project a professional company image and attitude
Fluency in English (speak, read, write)

Boss Frog’s Dive and Surf and Hawaiian Style Activities are established companies that has been operating on Maui for over 30 years. The positions are true “salesperson” positions with high earnings potential for motivated employees. The company is looking for a long-term, career-orientated employee dedicated to making the most of the Company’s extensive online and print advertising, which drives leads into each Boss Frog’s location. The position is also fun and engaging for salespersons who enjoy Maui’s activities and adventures. Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
