This position plays a key role in supporting day to day store operations, moving between floor support, auditing, product knowledge, event coordination, and compliance monitoring. As the backbone of daily operations, we need someone seasoned and adaptable, ready to step into whatever the day requires while always keeping our customers, staff, and compliance at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be able to multi-task, from scheduling and shift changes to reports, audits, and floor support, while keeping everything running smoothly
- Conduct regular checks on drawers, inventory, and compliance records
- Serve as a reliable communicator between staff, management, vendors, partners, and the CEO
- Support daily store operations, maintaining cleanliness, customer convenience and proper traffic flow, assuring proper display placement and shelf sets
- Organize in-store pop-ups, vendor demos, and community events
- Maintain strong product knowledge of store inventory to assist and advise staff and customers in the selection of various strains of flower, edible products, etc
- Coordinate regular staff training sessions
- Monitor and comply with city and state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis
Qualifications
- Proven retail or hospitality management experience (cannabis preferred)
- Background in cash handling, reconciliation, and auditing
- Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Confidence in moving between multiple duties without being tied to just one area
- Strong communication and leadership skills
