Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Our company is located in Northwest Missouri and is BCBA-owned and locally-owned. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral health services via telehealth that make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and their caregivers.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of individuals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of client and caregiver goals
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
-Must be licensed in Missouri
-Must be credentialed with Missouri Medicaid and all major insurances
- Experience working with children ages 2-18 with developmental disabilities/delays, particularly autism, is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively and independently, as well as be a part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
