**Monday-Friday Day Shift**
Located in Atlantic City, NJ, Oceanview RHCF is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and provides safe, affordable housing for adults with mental illness. The facility serves ambulatory adults who do not require skilled nursing care but need some support with daily activities.
Most Oceanview RHCF residents can complete daily living activities with minimal support from our caring staff, who encourage residents to maintain as much independence as possible.
Oceanview RHCF staff are dedicated to residents’ well-being and are supported by management in the following efforts:
Encourage residents to be as independent as possible and reach their full potential
Coordinate medical care, including specialist appointments, to help residents maintain optimal health
Assess residents’ social and mental health needs and connect them with local services that support their interests and well-being
Oceanview RHCF is seeking a Full-time Housekeeper/Direct Care Staff for day shift Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing resident care
Handling laundry
Performing housekeeping duties
Serving meals
Supervising medication
Requirements:
Group home experience preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
