On Point Pressure Washing is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing outside sales team in Fort Worth. This is a commission-based, field-driven role perfect for someone competitive, coachable, and looking to earn well above average pay for a part-time schedule.
Compensation
- Daily earnings typically range from $200-$400
- 25% commission on gross revenue for every job scheduled, paid out weekly as jobs are completed
- Bonuses for hitting weekly performance targets
- Gas allowance kicks in once you cross $1,000 in sales
A Day in This Role:
Reps meet at our shop at 2:30pm and spend the afternoon and evening meeting homeowners in their neighborhoods, introducing our services, and setting up estimates. You'll log your activity, conversations, and results daily using our SalesRabbit CRM to track performance and payouts.
