Responsibilities: - Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Manage and motivate a team of sales associates - Monitor and achieve sales targets and goals - Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to drive sales and improve store performance Experience: - Previous experience in a retail sales environment - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Bilingual skills (if applicable) - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Familiarity with store management procedures - Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team - Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing a team of sales associates.
