Spring Orthodontics is looking for a Marketing Assistant who can also assistant at our reception desk. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, responsible, detailed-oriented, possesses great communication skills, and is self-motivated to be excellent at their job. We are looking for someone 4 days/week (Monday-Thursday and in-person at marketing events) and alternating at our Western Springs and Lemont locations.
The main duties include :
- Creating creative, thoughtful social media posts
- Organizing, preparing for, and executing 18-20 marketing events per year
- Organizing and delivering referral gifts
- Engaging with patients in a warm, friendly manner as they check-out
- Helping patients schedule their next appointment
- Writing and returning emails in a professional, timely manner
- Collaborating with our admin team on a daily basis
