At Willamette View, our mission is to inspire the art of living well, and exceptional care starts with having the right people in the right place at the right time. We are seeking a dependable and resourceful On-Call Staffing Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting our residents and care teams outside of regular business hours. Working remotely, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for staffing needs, ensuring our Neighborhoods and Home Care programs remain fully supported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In this role, you'll coordinate staffing coverage, respond to employee call-outs, communicate with nursing and caregiving teams, and quickly identify solutions to staffing challenges as they arise. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate schedules and records, communicating professionally with staff, residents, and families, and helping ensure continuity of care throughout the campus. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and professional when priorities shift unexpectedly.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes. While the primary work is performed remotely during non-business hours, occasional in-office work may be required for training, vacation coverage, or special projects. If you're looking for a flexible role where your work directly supports residents, caregivers, and our mission-driven community, we'd love to hear from you.
