We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as Van Driver / Operations Attendant. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. And to assist in restocking our Made Market and working with Housekeeping.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Full Time and Part Time positions available with both first and second shifts available.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Safely operate the hotel shuttle while providing professional and courteous transportation service to guests.
- Primary route: Manchester Airport
- Secondary routes: Local restaurants, businesses, and attractions Follow all traffic laws, airport regulations, and company driving policies. Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation during arrival and departure. Provide guests with directions, hotel information, local recommendations, and assistance as needed. Receive, organize, deliver, and assist with charging guest packages in accordance with hotel procedures. Assist with dry-cleaning coordination and other guest service requests. Perform daily inspections of hotel vehicles, reporting maintenance concerns and ensuring vehicles remain clean and presentable. Assist guests entering and exiting shuttle vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage. Answer incoming calls and assist with guest inquiries when needed. Maintain and restock the Made Market, including:
- Stocking beverages, snacks, and supplies
- Maintaining fresh lobby coffee throughout the day
- Monitoring cleanliness and organization of the area
- Recording Made Market purchases when Guest Service Agents are occupied Assist with restocking beverages and supplies in the Hilton Honors Lounge. Support Housekeeping operations by:
- Restocking housekeeping carts
- Delivering linen and supplies to guest floors
- Assisting with organization of housekeeping storage areas
- Stripping guest rooms when operationally necessary
- Assisting room attendants and housekeeping leadership as needed Support Laundry operations by working all positions within the Laundry department as operational needs require, including:
- Loading and unloading washers and dryers
- Sorting, folding, organizing, and transporting linen
- Operating laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Assisting with linen distribution throughout the hotel
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of laundry areas Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including:
- Sweeping entrances and removing cigarette butts and debris
- Dusting lobby surfaces, walls, elevator landings, and public areas
- Removing trash and maintaining clean entryways
- Keeping lobby and front entrance guest-ready at all times Assist with light security awareness and support as requested by management or security personnel. Remain productive and engaged during downtime by assisting Rooms Division operations wherever needed. Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and cooperation with guests, coworkers, and management. Follow all hotel safety procedures, cleanliness standards, and operational policies. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
