Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide information about products, pricing, and promotions
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in retail math and cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of grocery store operations is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
