The Start Technician Manager is a seasonal leadership role responsible for overseeing Start Technicians and managing initial service delivery for new customers. This role partners with Sales to understand new customer demand and leads the recruitment, training, and management of technicians to support business growth. By working alongside technicians in the field, this position ensures high-quality initial services that support long-term customer relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Start Technicians and Sales Managers, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and operational efficiency.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is up to $52,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
