Job Description
· Oversee general HR functions including handbook development, onboarding, and administration of company policies and procedures
· Drive recruiting and retention strategies as the primary focus of the role, with emphasis on hourly and skilled trade positions
· Travel approximately 30% to multiple Gulf Coast site locations to conduct in-person interviews and develop an understanding of each location's unique culture
· Train and support site managers on updated policies, procedures, and HR best practices at each location
· Evaluate and recommend opportunities to bring benefits administration in-house versus outsourcing, including conducting annual reviews
Key Requirements
· Proven experience recruiting hourly and skilled trade professionals
· Background in service-type industries preferred, such as HVAC, electrical, exterminating, cleaning, or similar fields
· Strong foundational knowledge of general HR functions including policies, procedures, and benefits administration
