Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various truck/trailer combinations to transport materials and heavy equipment to and from job sites, along with occasional dump truck duties
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient delivery
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with Class A CDL.
- Experience as a dump truck and/or semi-truck operator
-Physically able to assist in loading and unloading of various construction materials.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid steer, excavator, etc. is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for loading, unloading, and transporting materials
-Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in transporting construction equipment and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
