Concrete Independent Contractor – Foundations & Farm Construction
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Contractor to work on foundation walls and agricultural construction projects. This is a 1099 independent contractor position for someone who can work independently and deliver high quality concrete work.
Experience with foundation walls is required. Experience with livestock and farm concrete applications is a big plus.
What You'll Do but not limited to:
- Build foundation walls, footings, and concrete slabs.
- Set forms, pour concrete, and finish concrete surfaces.
- Read and follow project plans and drawings.
- Make sure work is completed safely and on schedule.
- Work with project managers and other contractors as needed.
- Maintain a clean and professional job site.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with foundation walls and concrete construction.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Bonus Experience
- Dairy farm construction.
- Livestock facilities.
- Barn floors and feed pads.
- Other agricultural concrete projects.
Position Details
- 1099 Independent Contractor.
- Competitive pay based on experience. Range $34 to $45 per hour.
