Duties
- Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with procedural laws
- Draft and review legal documents with precision
- Prepare for court depositions by developing questioning strategies and organizing evidence to strengthen case positions
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions with professionalism and advocacy
- Develop case strategies by analyzing facts, applicable laws and identifying potential risks
- Maintain detailed case files using legal case management software; track deadlines and ensure timely submission of filings
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on case progress and clarify legal options
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters requiring specialized knowledge
- Assist in training junior staff on procedural law knowledge and legal drafting techniques
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and JD from accredited organizations
- 3 + years' experience in civil litigation
- Admission to Pennsylvania state bar in good standing
- Excellent writing, analysis, research, and advocacy skills
- Able to manage multiple matters and communicate with clients in a highly professional and confidential manner
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
