IntegraMed Orthopedics, Spine & Wellness is seeking an exceptional Physician Assistant to join our expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside multiple fellowship-trained orthopedic and spine surgeons in a modern, physician-owned practice specializing in orthopedics, spine surgery, sports medicine, interventional pain management, and regenerative medicine.
With locations in West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, and Margate, IntegraMed continues to experience rapid growth throughout South Florida. We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant who is looking for more than just a job—we are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, expand their clinical and surgical skills, and become an integral member of a high-performing orthopedic team.
The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of patient care, including new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, perioperative management, postoperative care, surgical first assisting, and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team. Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate new and established orthopedic, spine, and pain management patients
- Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations
- Develop diagnostic and treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physicians
- Order and interpret X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and other diagnostic studies
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes
- Assist with office-based procedures and perioperative patient management
- First assist in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures
- Provide postoperative care and routine follow-up evaluations
- Coordinate care with physical therapists, imaging centers, primary care physicians, specialists, attorneys, nurse case managers, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
QualificationsRequired
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current NCCPA certification
- Active Florida Physician Assistant license (or eligibility)
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to outstanding patient care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
- Experience in orthopedics, spine surgery, pain management, PM&R, sports medicine, neurosurgery, or related surgical specialties
- Surgical first assist experience
- Experience with fluoroscopically guided musculoskeletal or spine procedures
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (preferred but not required)

Pay: $98,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
