Barback:
- Stocking beer, wine, and liquor bottles throughout the shift and at close
- Keeping ice stocked behind both bars and at all server stations
- Bringing full bus bins to the dish area
- Wiping and stainless steel polishing the sinks at the end of the night
- Taking out trash
- Tipped out from Bartenders and Servers
