Welder / Fabricator
We are seeking a skilled and dependable individual to join our team as a Welder/Fabricator. This position requires hands-on metal fabrication and welding in varies environments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or ARC welding on a variety of materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications.
- Fabricate, assemble, repair metal components and structures.
- Operate fabrication equipment including saws, presses, grinders, and cutting tools.
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks within scheduled timing
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in welding and metal fabrication.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- A reliable means of transportation.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity in building and structure code.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a shop environment for extended periods.
- Comfortable working with welding equipment, tools, and computers.
