Pay & Incentives

Home Time
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- 12 days out / 2 days home
- Home once a week
- Weekly 34-hour reset option
- Schedule may include early-morning deliveries
- May include nights, weekends, and holidays
Freight & Routes
Run regional freight throughout:
- Florida
- Georgia
- Alabama
- Mississippi
- Louisiana
Freight is 100% touch freight, with live unloading using rollers.
Drivers can expect:
- 1–6 stops per day
- Approximately 3 loads per week
- Live unloads
- Regional multi-state routes
- Early-morning deliveries
- Paid orientation
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL in good standing
- Entry-level drivers are welcome
- Strong customer service skills and patience
- Must be physically able to perform live unloads
- Drivers must bring two weeks' worth of supplies to orientation
- Must have secure parking for the truck and trailer during home time
- Home-time parking must be on personal property or at a gated location with two forms of security, such as a guard or camera
- Parking at stores, Walmart, or other unsecured locations is not permitted
- Must meet DOT, FMCSA, and company qualification standards
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Safely handle touch freight and live unloads
- Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule
- Follow assigned routes and dispatch instructions
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documentation
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements
- Provide professional customer service at delivery locations
