Responsibilities:
Perform professional blowouts, styling, cutting, gloss and finishing services
Perform Up-Dos, professional Makeup application and waxing
Perform Butterfly Hair Extensions
Provide personalized recommendations based on each client’s style and preferences.
Maintain a clean, polished, and organized workstation.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Educate guests on premium hair care products and styling techniques.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
Stay current with blowout and beauty trends.
Qualifications:
Valid Florida Cosmetology or Hairstylist License (required).
Strong skills in blow-drying, styling, and finishing techniques.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
Energetic, reliable, and motivated with a love for beauty and style.
Previous experience in a salon or blow-dry bar preferred but not required.
