Primarily In-Person Positions – Phoenix Wellness Center (Phoenix, Arizona)
Phoenix Wellness Center is growing! We are expanding our specialty teams in OCD treatment (ERP) and neurodiversity-affirming therapy, and we are looking for compassionate therapists to join our team.
We welcome applicants who are:
- Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC)
- Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
If you're an LAC or LMSW, we provide clinical supervision to help you work toward independent licensure. Whether you're newly licensed or have years of experience, we're committed to helping you grow.
If you already have expertise in OCD treatment or neurodiversity-affirming care, fantastic. If not, we provide training and ongoing clinical support to help you build confidence and skills in ERP and/or neurodiversity-affirming therapy. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients while developing a caseload that aligns with your clinical interests.

What You'll Do
- Provide therapy services tailored to your clients' needs, with opportunities to specialize in OCD treatment (ERP) and/or neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide high-quality clinical care.
- Participate in case consultation and ongoing professional development.
- Uphold ethical and clinical standards established by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
Qualifications
✔ Arizona licensure as an LAC, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
✔ Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based, affirming care.
✔ Interest in (or experience with) ERP for OCD and/or neurodiversity-affirming therapy.
✔ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
✔ Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
✔ Ability and willingness to provide therapy primarily in person at our Phoenix office. While some flexibility may be available, we are currently seeking clinicians who are excited to build an in-person practice.
