We are seeking (1) HAPPY, reliable individual to join our chiropractic clinic in South Jordan. A "HELP FIRST" type of person, with a desire to help our patients who are dealing with physical pain and mental frustration.
HOURS: Monday through Thursday, 1:30pm–6:30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES — Patient Progress Management:
- Assist patients during their visits: Help set up and oversee patients as they get their prescribed treatments. (You will be trained specifically on our equipment and protocols)
- Personally oversee patients from the beginning to the end of their care… ensuring both exceptional results and a superior patient experience.
- Assisting the doctor(s) during patient care.
QUALIFICATIONS — Mandatory:
- Happy disposition! Be the kind of person who interacts with patients and staff in a way that further strengthens our culture.
- Basic computer proficiency required for daily operations.
- You will be trained on all pertinent equipment.
Ideal but Not Mandatory:
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- CNA, RN, or Exercise Science background
- Familiar with Canva, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office
- Open to continuous learning and training on new systems and processes.
PAY: $18–$20/hr — BUT WE WILL PAY EVEN MORE for a candidate who brings any of the following:
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL) — our practice management/CRM platform
- Competent experience using Claude AI to automate tasks and solve problems — we use AI daily to run and improve our clinic systems
- HTML/web coding ability
