Zeppe’s Tavern is a rock n’ roll themed restaurant that uses the same Zeppe’s recipes that have been around for decades with added menu items, full-service indoor and outdoor bars, a beautiful patio and live music/events. We provide an energetic and fun atmosphere where passion meets quality. We are seeking Kitchen staff to help spread our enthusiasm and values with our guests.
FILLING DISHWASHER, COOK, SHIFT LEAD, AND KITCHEN MANAGEMENT POSITIONS
Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, hot line and grill experience a plus but not required. This is a fast paced position that interacts with guests and other team members, so an enthusiastic, honest, highly-productive, and courteous attitude is appreciated! Responsibilities will include:
- Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with Zeppe’s specs and procedures
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
- Food preparation and portioning prior to service
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Requirements
- Experience in full service restaurant
- Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
- Flexible schedule
- Task-driven individual
