Responsibilities
- Contact prospective borrowers to discuss mortgage options.
- Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Gather and review borrower documentation.
- Learn mortgage guidelines, products, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with licensed Loan Officers and management.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads and assist borrowers throughout the loan process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Must be able to obtain an NMLS license (licensing assistance provided).
