Line Cooks / Kitchen Prep
Cashiers / Front of House
We hire for attitude and work ethic first—we’ll train the rest.
What You’ll Do
Kitchen:
Prep ingredients (bread, proteins, sauces, etc.)
Assemble and cook menu items quickly and consistently
Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready
Help the team push through busy rushes
Cashier / Front:
Take orders and handle payments accurately
Keep the line moving and communicate clearly with the kitchen
Provide friendly, efficient customer service
Maintain a clean, organized front area
What We’re Looking For
Shows up on time and ready to work
Moves with urgency without losing quality
Stays composed under pressure
Takes feedback and improves quickly
Team-first mindset—no egos
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a big plus
Experience helps, but is not required—we train people who want to learn.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
