As a Warehouse Worker II, you'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse and logistics functions, including:

Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.

Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for on-time delivery.

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.

Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.

Read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and customer requests to ensure order accuracy.

Coordinate outbound shipments and arrange carrier pickups.

Maintain an adequate supply of shipping materials to support daily operations.

Support production and operations by ensuring materials are available where and when they're needed.

Safely move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as needed.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

Identify and report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues.

Collaborate with teammates across operations to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.

Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems.

Forklift experience or certification, or the ability to become certified.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support the team.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an active warehouse environment that includes standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day.
