This is straight-commission outside sales for closers. Not order-taking. Not account management. Not a real estate agent job.
THE DEAL:

THE TRUTH (read this twice before applying):
- This is 100% commission. Real estate deals take 30–90 days to close, so your first couple of months are lean before the pipeline pays. If you can't handle a ramp, this is not your seat.
- Nobody gets appointments handed to them on day one. You earn the lead flow by proving you can set and run appointments on your own first. Every closer here started exactly that way.
- The standard here is 100+ dials a day into our lead database between appointments, in the office, every day.
- The people who fail here don't fail on talent. They fail on consistency and grit.
WHO WE WANT:
- A proven closer. Car sales, solar, roofing, door-to-door, pest control, gym memberships — we don't care what you sold. We care that you closed, and that you were at or near the top of the board.
- NO real estate license or real estate experience required — honestly, our best closers came from outside real estate. We'd rather train a killer than untrain an agent.
