Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Electrical/Mechanical Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in constructing, wiring, and testing complex electro-mechanical systems. Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to detailed schematics and blueprints, ensuring precision in every step.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to accurately build and troubleshoot assemblies.
- Install and wire electrical panels, incorporating electro-mechanical components such as relays, switches, connectors, and sensors.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment to perform precise assembly tasks.
- Conduct electrical testing using multimeters and other diagnostic tools to verify circuit integrity and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot assembly problems, improve processes, and implement modifications as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments with a focus on electrical or electro-mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, schematic reading, electrical wiring, and blueprint interpretation.
- Skilled in soldering SMT components and building electrical panels with attention to detail.
- Mechanical knowledge including use of hand tools, power tools, machining equipment, calipers, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions for assembly processes.
- Electrical experience involving troubleshooting with ohmmeters and understanding electro-mechanical components is highly desirable.
