Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and recovery strategies
Qualifications
- Licensed or ability to obtain license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
- SNF, rehab, or post-acute experience preferred
