Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading external audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support during the audit process.

Conduct detailed audits of financial statements and reports, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring accuracy.

Communicate effectively with clients to address any audit-related issues and provide recommendations for enhancing their financial processes.

Prepare and review audit documentation, including working papers and financial statements, to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Stay current with industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact audit practices.

Assist in developing audit strategies and methodologies that align with client objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in external auditing, preferably with a public accounting firm.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.

CPA eligible or currently pursuing CPA certification is preferred.

Experience with Private Company Audits, NFP audits, governmental audits, and EBP audits is a plus.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
