Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in the trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) as a CSR or dispatcher
- A natural sense of urgency and responsibility—you don’t drop balls
- Clear communication, calm energy, and a team-first attitude
- An eye for details, a heart for customers, and a brain that thrives on logistics
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Real-world, hands-on ServiceTitan or similar platform experience
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
