Brickpoint Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Madison Place Apartments, a luxury apartment community located on Route 9 in Southborough.

Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations, resident service requests, preventative maintenance, and overall property upkeep. This position is primarily based in Southborough, with occasional support needed at our sister property in Shrewsbury.
This is a full-time position and includes shared on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Walk the property daily to inspect grounds and identify maintenance needs
- Respond to and prioritize resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and basic carpentry
- Complete painting, unit turns, appliance installation, and general repairs
- Assist with preventative maintenance and upkeep of building systems
- Maintain property exteriors, grounds, and common areas
- Assist with snow removal and ice prevention during winter months
- Care for and maintain company tools and equipment
- Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization prior to entering occupied apartments
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance technician experience required
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in shared on-call responsibilities
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
