Job Description: As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through our products/services. This role is crucial to our sales team and offers the opportunity to transition into a representative role with proven performance and commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with leads
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Continuously develop knowledge of our products/services and market trends
Qualifications:
- Understanding of B2B sales is very helpful
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- College degree in Business, Biology, or Chemistry preferred
