The Role We are seeking a dynamic, licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) to lead our community. The ideal candidate is a compassionate expert in senior care, a savvy operational manager, and a leader who thrives on building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Compliance:-
Maintain current and unrestricted LALD licensure with BELTSS.

Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Manage the annual budget, monitor fiscal health, and oversee capital replacement plans.

Lead the community through successful license surveys and quality audits.
Leadership & Team Development:-
Provide visionary leadership to the assisted living team, overseeing daily operations.

Prioritize staff training and mentorship to ensure a high standard of competency and care.

Foster a positive workplace culture to reduce turnover and increase employee engagement.
Resident & Community Relations:-
Serve as the face of the community, providing tours and educating families/referrals on our services.

Manage tenant-landlord relations with empathy and fairness, resolving grievances promptly.

Ensure a vibrant social and activities program is in place to enhance resident well-being.

Monitor resident health transitions and facilitate conferences with families regarding residency requirements or care level changes.
Qualifications-
Licensure: Active Minnesota LALD (Licensed Assisted Living Director) license required.

Experience: Proven track record in senior care management or supervision.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of the elderly/disabled population and assisted living regulations.

Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive tenant/employee issues with discretion.
