Job description:
We are looking for a handy person who loves solving problems to join our team as an Entry Level Field Technician. In this role, you will travel to different homes to figure out why appliances or TVs aren’t working and fix them on the spot. You don’t need prior experience — we provide full training to help you grow into the job. *This position requires up to two weeks of in‑person training at our headquarters in North New Jersey, where you will receive hands‑on instruction and shadow experienced technicians. Room, board, and partial mileage reimbursement are provided during the training period.
Basic Job Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Travel to assigned sites
- Repair home appliances down to the component level
- Troubleshoot and repair various models of home appliance and TVs
- Diagnose hardware and software problems using various testing equipment
- Accurate recording and reporting of support provided at each site
- Interact with customers and provide technical assistance
- Availability for 2 week training period in Carlstadt, NJ.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good driving record and valid, clean driver's license
- Field service experience or technical knowledge is a plus
