- Provide clear explanations of medical procedures, appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, or insurance processes using effective phone etiquette.
- Utilize your knowledge of medical terminology to assist callers with their questions and direct them appropriately when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations while handling sensitive health information.
- Collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
